Fresh Thursday with "beauty is where you find it" # 02/12

Der Morgen ist schon alt, der Nachmittag ist noch jung...mit der wunderbaren foto-Challenge "beauty is where you find it" von der lieben Nic von luzia pimpinella, heute zum Thema "frisch-fresh", bin ich in einen Morgen voller Inspirationen und frischer Ideen gestartet. Dank dem wunderbaren Onlineshop Line+Liv haben es sich zwei weitere Bücher aus der édition PAUMES in unserem Regal gemütlich gemacht..."Kawaii Stores Stockholm" und "Finnland Children´s Rooms" ... ach, ich liebe diese Bücher...mittlerweile als stolzer Besitzer von 11 Exemplaren, ein Ende nicht in Sicht, war ich dann heute morgen mal kurz trockenshoppen (wie die liebe Steffi von ohhh...mhhh) in einer der schönsten nordischen Städte...herrlich, so kann der Morgen bitte immer beginnen...und welche Exemplare aus dem édition PAUMES Verlag haben es schon auf eure Regale geschafft?...mehr Frische am Donnerstag sammelt Nic heute auf ihrem Blog luzia pimpinella...Let the beauty find you!...

The morning is old, the afternoon is still young ... with the wonderful photo-Challenge "beauty is where you find it" by the lovable of Nic from luzia pimpinella, today on the subject "frisch-fresh", I started in a morning full of inspirations and fresh ideas. Thanks to the wonderful online shop Line + Liv, two other books from the édition PAUMES have made it on our shelf ... "Kawaii Stores Stockholm" and "Findland children´s Rooms" ... Oh, I love these books ... now as a proud owner of 11 copies, with no end in sight, then i was today on a little "dry shopping" (like Steffi from ohhh...mhhh ...) in one of the most beautiful cities in northern europe ... glorious, every morning could always start like this ... and which copies of the édition PAUMES publisher have done it already on your shelves? ... more Fresh on Thursday will be collected today by Nic on her blog luzia pimpinella ... let the beauty find you! ...

A Tuesday collection, a lucky winner and a song

Heute morgen lag im Briefkasten ein lang ersehntes Päckchen...freu...perfektes Timing um die Erkältungsviren wegzublättern...mit "K. und K. Backgeheimnisse" ein Leichtes...Geheimnisse des guten Gebäckes mit Namen wie Peitschen-Strudel und Krinolinen-Schnitten lassen die Herkunft Österreichs und Ungarn erahnen. Da denke ich wieder an eines unserer Lieblingscafés in Wien...das Cafe Ritter...an Fiakerstangerl, Melange und diese Klänge...herrlich...wunderbare Zaubereien entdeckt man in dieser alten Backfibel. Die alten Koch, - und Backbüchlein aus dem Ernst Heimeran Verlag haben meine Sammlerleidenschaft geweckt...ein paar besitze ich schon...ein paar werden es noch werden...auf die Lust am Sammeln ... und erzählt, an was habt ihr euer Herz verloren?...

This morning there was  a long-awaited package in the letter box ... perfect timing ... the best to "scroll" my little cold away ... with "K. and K. Backgeheimnisse" very easy ... secrets of good biscuits with names such as Peitschenstrudel and Krinolinen-Schnitten let guess their origin to Austria and Hungary. And I remember to one of our favorite cafés in Vienna ... The Cafe Ritter ... to Fiakerstangerl, to Melange and to these sounds ... just lovley ... wonderful magic could be discovered in this old baking booklet. The old cooking,- and backing books by the Ernst Heimeran Publisher have awakened my passion for collecting ... a few I have  ... a few will still follow ... Cheers to collecting ... and what has stolen your heart? ...

13 times into Saturday Bliss

Freitag der 13te gestern...Glück oder Unglück, seid ihr denn abergläubisch? Ich eigentlich nicht...bei ungeraden Zahlen und Freitagen stellt mein Herz eindeutig auf "Glücksfahrt" Richtung Lebensfreude. Die schwarze Katze von rechts lass ich links liegen und Bilder fallen auch an anderen Tagen von der Wand. Die Sonne scheint und ich muss keinen Regenschirm öffnen und die Spinnen haben sich auch schon verzogen...Also freie Glücksfahrt ins Wochenende (wenn auch erst am Samstag) mit dem wunderbaren Frage,-und Antwortspiel von Steffi und Okka und weil...

weil Jules vom Kleines Freudenhaus und ich uns nächste Woche auch mal fragen (freue mich schon!) ... weil Schneezauber auf mich warten...weil Ordnung das halbe Leben ist (wann wissen das meine Lieben auch mal endlich!)...und Neues beginnt und Altes auch bleibt...weil Musik mich immer glücklich macht...und es so schön ist, wenn man über sich selber lacht...verspätet hinein ins Samstagglück...und nächste Woche bin ich zurück...alles liebe und lasst euch vom Glück treiben...bis später...

Friday the 13th yesterday ... good luck or bad luck, are you superstitious? I not really ... with odd numbers and Fridays my heart is clearly on "happiness ride" toward joy. The black cat from the left i skate over and images fall also of the wall on other days. The sun is shining and I do not have open an umbrella and the spiders have also been distorted ... So lucky free ride into the weekend (even if only on Saturday) with the wonderful question and answer game by Steffi and Okka and because ...

Everything goes at zero...

Am Anfang eines Jahres steht immer alles unter dem Zeichen Neuanfang. Die Uhr im Kopf stellt auf Null...neues Spiel, neues Glück. Man kann alles ändern, aber eigentlich kann man das immer, oder? Am Anfang eines Jahres sind wir aber vielleicht immer noch ein wenig mehr motiviert Dinge in die Hand zu nehmen. Alles liegt noch vor uns. 12 Monate können mit Leben gefüllt werden...und mit all den guten Vorsätzen, auf dir wir vor ein paar Tagen angestoßen haben...schon wieder vergessen?...;)...na, dann schnell daran erinnern. In meinem Kopf herrscht heute ein wenig Chaos und so lass ich mich einfach mal von den wunderbaren Einrichtungsideen auf meinem Pinterestboard "Organize your life"  und dem wandelbaren Produktdesign von Rianne Koens inspirieren in der Hoffnung, das sich das auch auf meine eigenen vier Wände auswirken wird...und welche Baustellen in eurem Kopf warten nur darauf geschlossen zu werden?...

At the beginning of the year everything is under the sign of new beginning. The Clock in your head goes to zero ... new game, new luck. You can change everything, but actually you can always, right? At the beginning of a year we are perhaps a little more still motivated to take things in hand. Everything is still ahead of us. 12 months can be filled with life ... and with all the good intentions which we have initiated a few days ago ... already forgotten ?...;)... well, then quickly recall them. Today there is a little chaos in my head and so I let myself simply inspired by these wonderful interior design ideas on my pinterestboard "Organize your life" and the convertible product design by Rianne Koens with the hope that this will impact on my own four walls ... and which construction sites are just waiting in your head to be closed?...

Was gibt es schöneres als nach den Weihnachtsfeiertagen noch Zauberpakete zu öffnen. Auch, wenn man schon weiß, was sich darin verbergen mag. Do what you love...a pleading to life by Holstee

...Zufall oder nicht...manche Dinge im Leben sind wirklich zum schmunzeln...und machen dieses bunte Treiben durch die Welt noch ein wenig wertvoller als es schon ist...vor knapp einem Jahr habe ich über Holstee, ein New Yorker Designerteam geschrieben, das sich zu Aufgabe gemacht hat, Dinge, denen keine Beachtung mehr geschenkt wird, zu recyclen und etwas neues Besonderes zu schaffen. Ich war damals schon unglaublich fasziniert von Ihrem wunderbar poetischen Firmenleitfaden, der mittlerweile vielen von euch bestimmt auch schon im virtuellen Klick begegnet ist. Gerade habe ich dank der wunderbaren Veronika von afewthingsfrommylife die Bilder zu diesen Gedanken gefunden (merci Vi, du bist immer so inspirierend!!!)...ein Plädoyer ans Leben, ans Wege finden und an das Glauben an den eigenen Willen und die Kraft etwas ganz Besonderes zu schaffen...miteinander...hier und jetzt...besser kann man nicht ins neue Jahr starten, oder?... 

... Coincidence or not ... some things in life are really to smile ... and make this hustle and bustle through the world a little more valuable than it already is ... almost a year ago I've written about Holstee, a New York designer team which has made the job to recycle things which no one pays more attention, and create something new and special. I was already fascinated by their amazing poetic company manifesto which now many of you already meet in the virtual click. Some minutes ago I've found some images to this idea thanks to Veronika from afewthingsfrommylife (merci Vi, you're always so inspiring !!!)... a pleading to life, to finding ways and to the belief in your will and your power to create something very special ... together ... here and now ... better you could not start into this new year, right? ...

Back again here...and in 2012

Ach, wieder angekommen hier...und in 2012...zwei Wochen im offline-Modus und nach gefühlten 5 Stunden Aufräumen bei meinen so verwaisten Freunden Facebook, Twitter und Co sitze ich jetzt hier vor unserem Blog...zum ersten Mal nach zwei Wochen...kein Internet, keine Suchmaschinen, keine Pinboards, keine emails lesen...ganz weg im Jetzt und hier...bei meinem Lieben...irgendwie verrückt...ein wenig fühle ich mich wie bei meinem ersten Post...voller Vorfreude und mit viel Erwartung im Bauch...der Selbstversuch ist gelungen, auch wenn ich mich beim Lesen der einen oder anderen Lieblingszeitschrift wirklich zügeln musste nicht das "www" einzugeben...es fühlte sich gut an...verdammt gut...einfach mal in den Tag zu bummeln, mit Wollsocken auf dem Sofa Hilde und Coco zu lauschen, ganz viel Schokolade zu essen, den Weihnachtsbaum noch stehen zu lassen, fast Bogenschießmeisterin zu werden, mit "Pünktchen und Anton" Einbrecher zu stellen, Prinzessinenschlösser zu malen, Mittags einzuschlafen und zu den 17 Uhr Nachrichten aufzuwachen, neue Rezepte im Traum zu kochen und dann doch Fast Food zu bestellen, zu Anne Kaffekanne zu tanzen und loszulassen...den Alltag, die Eile, das "ich muss"... aus dem Bildschirm zu fallen und Kräfte zu sammeln...für ein Entdecken mit euch in einem neuen wunderbaren Jahr...alles Liebe für 2012...schön wieder hier zu sein...ich freu mich darauf...mit Musik und ganz viel Lust am Leben ... bis später...

Oh, come back again here and ... in 2012 ... two weeks in offline mode and after 5 hours cleaning up at my friends Facebook, Twitter and Co, I'm sitting here in front of our blog for the first time after two weeks ... no internet, no search engines, no pinboards , no reading emails ... all gone in the here and now ... with my loved ones ... somehow crazy ... I feel a little bit like in my first post ... full of joy and with much anticipation in the belly ... the self-test was successful, even if I had to restrain myself to not enter the "www" while reading the one or the other favorite magazine ... it felt good ... damn good ... time to just stroll into the day, to listen with wool socks on the couch to Hilde and Coco, to eat quite a lot of chocolate, to leave the Christmas tree stand still, to become almost an archery champion, to intercept bulglars with "Pünktchen und Anton", to paint princess castles, to go asleep at noon and wake up on the 17 clock news, to cook new recipes in your dreams and then almost order fast food, to dance with Anne Kaffeekanne and let it go ... the life, the hurry, the "I must" ... to fall off the screen and gather strength ... for discoveries with you in a wonderful new year ... all the best for 2012 ... so fine to be back here  ... I'm looking forward to it ... with music and a lot of pleasure for life ... until later ...

Retrofriday...or Merry & Bright into the weekend

Na, seid ihr gerade mit Tüten bepackt nach Hause gekommen und fast auf dem verlorenen Ei aus der Tüte mit Loch ausgerutscht? Ruft Tante Luise schon zum fünften Mal an um euch zu fragen, ob ihr jetzt den Eiersalat macht oder doch sie? Hat euer Lieblingsmann die heißgeliebte Vanillesoße zum selbstgemachten Grützentraum vergessen? Und hat sich an eurer Lichterkette gerade ein kleines Lämpchen heimlich verabschiedet und das Bauhaus schon zu? A table recipe for a magic feast

Hallo ihr Lieben! Aus der "Sanduhr" gefallen...einfach so...und das Wochenende in der "zweiten Heimat" verbracht...alte Freunde besucht...Weihnachtsdüfte erschnuppert...und die Welt in Seligkeit verpackt...und uns gleich mit dazu...so sollte die Vorfreude sein...ein Meer aus zauberhaften Entdeckungen und Zeit für die Lieben...mehr braucht man doch diese Tage nicht, oder? Moment, vielleicht noch ein kleines Tischgedicht, falls ihr es noch nicht entdeckt habt, wir haben auch dieses Jahr ein kleines Türchen vom So leb` ich - Adventskalender öffnen dürfen...lieben Dank dem wunderbaren Team von So leb` ich für die Einladung...ein wenig verspätet, aber so von Herzen...wie diese kleinen Mitbringsel zum Festtags-essen..."kleine Freunden" für den Gaumen...und verpackt in Zauberschachteln mit einem Gruß voll Wünschen und einem Lied auf den Lippen ...;)... können die kleinen und großen Wunder jetzt beginnen. Retrofriday...or the world is wrapped in Bliss

Draußen stürmt es...und hier drinnen wird alles langsamer...ruhiger...ja, raus aus dem Trubel der Zeit. Es gibt soviel wichtigere Dinge, als der Perfektion hinterher zu rennen, oder? 11 aus 2011 hat mir gezeigt wie wunderbar Leben ist. Wie gut es ist, die Momente im Herzen zu behalten...jeder für sich ganz besonders...Ach, lasst uns die Welt in Seligkeit verpacken...heute und jeden Tag ein bisschen mehr...und gerne wieder mit Steffi und Okka, weil...

• all die Begegnungen hier so wunderbar glücklich machen
• mit Griottes das Leben noch besser schmeckt
• es einfach mein Lieblingsweihnachtslied bleibt (ach, Musikschwester Jules)
• jeder Engel seine Flügel bekommt
• ich himmlische Post aus der Vergangenheit liebe
• diese Bilder mir den Atem rauben
• eine Box mit Glanzbildern noch schlauer macht (merci SISTER Magazine!!!)
