One Week, One Collection and my life in a can

Hallo ihr Lieben!...Oh, heute wurde zum Zahnarzt geladen...zwei Stunden Mund (auf)halten mit Unterbrechung sind selbst für mich zu viel. Zu Hause bin ich in einen Dornröschenschlaf gefallen und gerade erst wieder aufgewacht. Daher kommt unsere "One Week, One Collection" heute etwas verspätet. Diesen Mittwoch haben es mir meine Blechdosen angetan. Diese wunderbaren bunten Behältnisse, die soviel Platz und Ordnung schaffen können, falls man sie dann mit den kleinen Geheimnissen füllt. Auf Flohmärkten und in Antikläden kann ich immer ganz schlecht an ihnen vorbeigehen. Sie finden mich, bewerben sich und wandern mit einem Lächeln in meine Tasche. Oft verschenke ich sie weiter und lasse neue bei mir einziehen. Ich finde sie sind ein wunderbares Geschenk für süßen Inhalt. Oder was meint ihr? Seid ihr auch hoffnungslose "die ist doch einfach einmalig"- Sammler(innen) oder können euch diese Blechwerke nichts anhaben? Hello my friends! ... Oh, today it has been loaded to the dentist ... two hours mouth keeping up with some interrupting is also too much for me, too. At home, I fell into a "Sleeping Beauty Slumber" and just woke up some minutes again. That is why our "One Week, One Collection" comes a little late today. This Wednesday my tins have taken a shine to me. This wonderful colorful canisters that can create so much space and order, if they are then filled with the little secrets. At flea markets and antique shops, I can always pass them badly. They find me, apply and walk with a smile in my bag. Often I give them away and let some new ones move in. I think they are a wonderful gift for sweet suprises. Or what do you think? Are you also a hopeless, "but that is simply unique" - Collector or can these "metal works" not harm you? And do you show us this week your "tins of confidence"? ... but other collections are also welcome again ... One Week, One Collection and frauheuberg´s table magic

Vom Becher zum Milchkännchenzauber...ach, ihr Lieben, erst mal vielen vielen Dank für eure Begeisterung zu unserer neuen Kolumne "One Week, One Collection". Wir freuen uns, das ihr alle so Spaß daran habt. Ich selber bin auch ganz überrascht davon, was sich so die letzten paar Jahre in meinen Schränken zusammengefunden hat. Bin ich also doch auch ein Jäger und Sammler? ...wahrscheinlich ganz gewiss...und daher beglücke ich euch heute mit meinen Tellerzauber in unserer "One Week, One Collection", denn diese runden, flachen Teile im Küchenschrank sind schließlich unsere täglichen Begleiter...überwiegend auf den Flohmärkten zusammengetragen hat sich eine kunterbunte Mischung bei uns zu Hause eingefunden...beim Fotos machen fiel mir auf, dass die meisten aus der Rosenthal-Familie stammen...heute ja immer noch einer der international führenden Anbieter von zeitgemäßen Design aus Glas und Porzellan. Habt ihr irgendwelche Lieblingsmarken beim Sammeln euer Herzstücke? Ich kenne mich da gar nicht so gut aus. Es geht mit, was gefällt...und das ist meistens viel...;)...Also ihr Lieben wir sind gespannt diese Woche auf eure kleinen und großen Genussträger...oder andere Dinge, die ihr einfach sammeln müsst. From cups to magic milk jugs ... oh dear, first i say many many thanks for your enthusiasm for our new column "One Week, One Collection". We are glad that you all have so enjoy it. I´m quite surprised by myself about what has thus come together the last few years in my cabinets. So I'm a hunter-gatherer, too? ...certainly yes ... and therefore I gladden you today with my magic plates at our "One Week, One Collection", because these round, flat parts in the kitchen cabinet are ultimately our daily companions ... mainly found at the flea markets a motley mixture has arrived at our home ... With the photos i noticed that most of them are from the Rosenthal family ... even today one of the world's leading provider of contemporary design of glass and porcelain. Do you have any favorite brands in collecting pieces of your heart? I´m not an expert to this. I take up that what i like ... and that's usually a lot ...;) ... So, my dears, we are excited this week about your small and large table magic ... or other things that you have to collect easily. One Week, One Collection and my love for milk jugs

Na, gut in der Mitte der Woche gelandet? Oder sehnt ihr euch schon nach dem Wochenende, nach einem langen Frühstück mit eurem Lieblingskaffee und einem Schuss Milch aus einem dieser niedlichen Milchkännchen...wieder eine Sammlerleidenschaft von mir...auf Flohmärkten fallen mir diese kleinen Krüge immer in die Hand und ich kann einfach nicht nein sagen. Sie ziehen zu Untermiete bei mir ein und bleiben dann meistens für immer. Ich kann mich ja auch so schlecht trennen...also heute in der "One Week, One Collection" meine Lieblingsmilchkännchen...Habt ihr auch welche oder benützt ihr diese kleinen Eingießhelfer gar nicht? Wenn ihr Lust habt mitzumachen, dann zeigt uns doch diese Woche auch mal eure kleinen und großen Lieblingskännchen...oder andere Dinge, die ihr einfach sammeln müsst. Well, landed in the middle of the week? Or do you yearn for the weekend, for a long breakfast with your favorite coffee and a shot of milk from one of these cute milk jugs ... a collector's passion of mine again ... at flea markets I notice these little jugs always in my hand and I can´t just say no. They move into my home and then remain mostly forever. I can also separate so bad ... well, today in the "One Week, One Collection" my favorite milk jugs ... Have you some of them or even do not used these little ones? A Tuesday collection, a lucky winner and a song

Heute morgen lag im Briefkasten ein lang ersehntes Päckchen...freu...perfektes Timing um die Erkältungsviren wegzublättern...mit "K. und K. Backgeheimnisse" ein Leichtes...Geheimnisse des guten Gebäckes mit Namen wie Peitschen-Strudel und Krinolinen-Schnitten lassen die Herkunft Österreichs und Ungarn erahnen. Da denke ich wieder an eines unserer Lieblingscafés in Wien...das Cafe Ritter...an Fiakerstangerl, Melange und diese Klänge...herrlich...wunderbare Zaubereien entdeckt man in dieser alten Backfibel. Die alten Koch, - und Backbüchlein aus dem Ernst Heimeran Verlag haben meine Sammlerleidenschaft geweckt...ein paar besitze ich schon...ein paar werden es noch werden...auf die Lust am Sammeln ... und erzählt, an was habt ihr euer Herz verloren?...

This morning there was  a long-awaited package in the letter box ... perfect timing ... the best to "scroll" my little cold away ... with "K. and K. Backgeheimnisse" very easy ... secrets of good biscuits with names such as Peitschenstrudel and Krinolinen-Schnitten let guess their origin to Austria and Hungary. And I remember to one of our favorite cafés in Vienna ... The Cafe Ritter ... to Fiakerstangerl, to Melange and to these sounds ... just lovley ... wonderful magic could be discovered in this old baking booklet. The old cooking,- and backing books by the Ernst Heimeran Publisher have awakened my passion for collecting ... a few I have  ... a few will still follow ... Cheers to collecting ... and what has stolen your heart? ...

ups...bevor ich jetzt gleich wieder hausaufgaben machen muss...nein, besser darf...wollte ich euch dieses aufregende photo nicht vorenthalten...ich liebe glas...es ist so facettenreich...und diese sammlung ist überwältigend...;)...wünschte ich hätte soviel platz bei mir zu hause...aber damit kann ich im moment nicht dienen...diese farbpalette ist so spannend und inspirierte mich gleich zu meinem neuen homework auf meinem e-course...pstpst...wird nicht verraten...aber die nächsten tage kommt ihr auch sicherlich in den genuss mein fertiges "ergebnis" mitzuerleben...;)...nun ja, diese wunderbare arbeit verdanken wir dem schwedischen stylistengenie lo bjurulf...für weitere aufregende "farbspiele" schaut unbedingt mal bei den links vorbei...bis später...;)...

ups...before now I have to do homework again ...no, better to say...can...I would not deny you this exciting photo ... I love glass ...it is so multi-faceted ...and this collection is overwhelming ...;)...I wish i have so much space in our appartement ...but I can not serve that at the moment ...this color palette is so exciting and inspired me at my new homework on my e-course .....pstpst...will not tell ...but the next day you come certainly to enjoy my finished "result"...well, this wonderful work we are indebted to the swedish genius stylist lo bjurulf  ... for more exciting "play of colors" absolutely looking times over by the links ... until later ...;)...

in letzter zeit habe ich immer wieder diese niedlichen kleinen tannenbäume (genannt bottlebrush trees) in der weihnachtsdekoration einiger flickr-user gesehen...eigentlich nett zum dekorieren...natürlich toll, wenn es auch noch alte exemplare sind...;)...ja, ja, mein traum vom vintage christmas...aber es ist doch einfach immer wieder schön alt mit neu zu kombinieren, oder nicht?...lieben dank den kreativen auf flickr für die inspiration...und viel spass beim selberdekorieren...;)...habt ein schönes wochenende...;)...


Lately, I've always seen this cute little trees (called bottlebrushtrees) in the christmas decoration of some Flickr user ...really nice to decorate...of course be great if you still have old copies ...;)...yes, yes, my dream of vintage christmas ...but it's always beautiful to combine old with new, or not?... thanks for the inspirations by these creatives on flickr ... and lot of fun while decorating by yourself...;)...have a lovley weekend...;)...

...wer kennt sie nicht die süssen kleinen lutschbonbons mit den witzigen candyspendern, die jedes kleine, aber auch manchmal "grosse" kinderherz höher schlagen lassen...;)... ich habe das heute nur durch zufall entdeckt und mir war garnicht klar wie unglaublich groß die sammlung dieser kleinen handlichen dispender mittlerweile ist...hier findet ihr einen interessanten link dazu...unvorstellbar und einfach mal lustig zum anschauen...ich hätte persönlich ja gerne die collection vom zauberer von oz...einfach der klassiker...

die marke PEZ kommt ja ursprünglich aus österreich...ja, unsere kreativen nachbarn...oder was sagen da unsere österreiischen Heubergfrauen dazu?...;)...nun ja, falls ihr mehr über die geschichte von dem erfolgsbonbon erfahren wollt dann schaut mal hier rein...

auf flickr fand ich dann natürlich auch gleich wunderbare bilder zu diesem thema...vielen lieben dank an die oben genannten user...

also dann luscht mal wieder ein PEZ und macht ab und zu mal eine kreative pause...bis später...

I was not at clear how incredibly large the collection of these small dispenders is now ... here you'll find an interesting link to it ... incredibly and funny to look sometimes ... yes I would personally like the collection of Wizard of Oz ... just the classic ...
the brand PEZ is originally from Austria ... yes, our creative neighbors... or what to tell our austrian Heubergwomen?...;)... well, yes, if you want to know about the history of the successful candy then look times in here ...
