...und hier noch unser verspätetes DIYprojekt vom freitag...haben uns gleich inspirieren lassen von der wunderbaren margaret oomen...einen filzanhänger hier mit schneeflocke...der erste schnee kommt bestimmt...aber ihr könnt auch jedes andere beliebige motiv wählen...gute anleitungen zu sticharten gibt es hier...bin selber nämlich auch absoluter anfänger auf diesem terrain...;)...
als material benötigt man: karton, vorlage für kreise, bleistift, schere, filz, stickgarn, nadeln und eine stück wollfaden oder band.
die genaue anleitung findet ihr dann auf margaret´s blog resurrection fern...auch für die nichtenglischsprechenden unter euch gut verständlich durch die zahlreichen abbildungen...wichtig ist nur, dass ihr den filz, den ihr bestickt, etwas breiter ausschneidt (ca. 1 cm), damit die pappeinlage nachher auch beim zunähen noch passt...aber schaut einfach hier nach...man kann auch anhänger für weihnachten besticken...;)...der kreativität sind keine grenzen gestetzt...viel spass beim nacharbeiten und einen wunderbaren, hoffentlich sonnigen sonntag...und lieben dank für die inspiration, margaret...bis nächste woche...;)...

and here still our belated DIYproject from friday ... we have let us just inspired by the wonderful margaret oomen... a snowflake pendant from felt ... the first snow comes certainly ...but you can also choose any other arbitrary motiv ... good instructions to stitches are here ... namely, i am also an absolute beginner in this terrain ...;)...

as material you need: box board, template for circles, pencil, scissors, felt, embroidery thread, needles and a piece of wool or a ribbon.

you can read the detailed tutorial on margaret´s blog resurrection fern ...it is also good to understand for the not english-speaking persons because of the numerous images ...is only important that you cut the felt that you embroidered, slightly wider (about 1/8 th of a inch) so that afterwards, even when you sew it together, the box board still fits ... but just look here ... you can also embroider pendants for christmas. ...;)... there are no boundaries of creativity ... a lot of fun while create and have a wonderful and hopefully sunny sunday ... thanks for the inspiration , margaret ... until next week ...;)...

...immer wieder samstag...sage ich nur...habe es mal wieder nicht geschafft zu posten...deswegen heute der nachtrag...ist aber auch egal, oder?...hoffe ihr geniesst euren samstagnachmittag in vollen zügen...ich auf jedenfall...auch wenn ich noch vor dem laptop sitze...;)...
am donnerstagabend habe ich eine wunderbare künstlerin aus canada kennengelernt...ich kann garnicht in worte fassen wie sehr mich ihre arbeit berührt hat...lieben dank, margaret...es ist so wunderbar, wenn andere einem ab und zu die augen öffnen für das wesentliche im leben...margarets kunst bringt einen zurück zu den eigenen wurzeln, zu natur, aus der wir alle irgendwann einmal entstanden sind...und in die wir, das ist mein glauben, am ende unseres lebens zurückkehren werden...alles hat einen anfang und ein ende...ihre arbeiten sind so voller kraft und leidenschaft...sie lebt ihre kunst in jedem augendblick...und das mit einer wunderbaren begeisterung für alles, was sie umgibt...;)...ihre arbeiten bringen einen zum nachdenken über die dinge, die uns jeden tag so selbstverständlich erscheinen...und motivieren uns neue wege zu gehen...etwas anderes auszuprobieren...das ist wie magie...;)...

on thursday night, I met a wonderful artist from canada ... I can not say in words how much her work has touched me ... thanks and love, margaret ... it is so wonderful if others open now and then your eyes for the essential in life... Margaret´s art bring you back to your own roots, to the nature, from which we all have arisen at some time ... and in which we, that is my believe,will return at the end of our life ... everything has a beginning and an end ... her work is so full of power and passion ... she lives her art in every moment ... and with a wonderful enthusiasm for everything that surrounds her ...;)... her work make you look about the things which seem to us every day so obvious... and motivate us to explore new paths to try something else ...it´s like magic...;)...

hallo ihr lieben...haben unser wochenende ein wenig verlängert...haben ein partymarathon hinter uns...waren die letzten drei tage nur am geburtstag feiern...;)...aber jetzt sind wir wieder da...hoffentlich seid ihr gut in die neue woche gestartet!... am wochenende habe ich ein paket von alexandra von spacejam vintage bekommen...ein geschenk an mich selber...hatte mich vollkommen in den kerzenständer verliebt und viola jetzt ist es meiner...wie schön...und alexandra schickte mir gleich noch ein paar extras mit...wunderschöne buttons und eine karte von Caleb “Sheesh” Morris, einem amerikanischen illustrator...wer mehr von seiner wunderbaren kunst erleben möchte, der schaut mal hier rein...seine bilder haben mich gleich sehr faziniert...lieben dank alexandra für die gelungene überraschung...lohnt sich auf jedenfall mal bei spacejam vintage zum weihnachtsshopping vorbeizuklicken....bis zum 17.11 gibt es nämlich auch eine 30 % ausverkaufaktion ... hier unsere aktuellen favoriten...;)...

hello my dear ... we have extended our weekend a little bit ... have a party marathon behind us ... the last three days we were only celebrating on birthday ...;)... but now we're back ... hopefully you had a good start into the new week! ... i´ve got on the weekend a packet by alexandra from spacejam vintage ... a gift to myself ... i was totally in love with the candlestick and now viola it's mine ... how beautiful ... and alexandra sent me the same with a few extras ... beautiful buttons and a card of Caleb "Sheesh" Morris, an American illustrator ... who wants to explore more of his wonderful art looks in at times here ... his pictures have equal fascinated me very much ...alexandra... thanks for an awesome surprise ...so it is worth to click times to Spacejam vintage for christmas shopping... until 17 november she has a 30 % clearence sale on her etsy shop... here are our current favorites ...;)...

...einen wunderschönen freitagmittag...heute schaffe ich es wahrscheinlich zum ersten mal unser wöchentliches DiyfriDayprojekt auch am freitag auf unserem blog zu posten...;)...wie gesagt manchmal bräuchte mein tag echt 48 stunden...euch gehts bestimmt nicht anders, oder?...
nun ja, gestern beim surfen in der bloggerWelt habe ich festgestellt, dass wir noch nicht genug interessante crafts blogs im netz gefunden haben...wer lust hat kann uns ja in dieser richtung noch ein paar tips geben...welches sind denn eure bevorzugten craftingSeiten?...auf jedenfall liebt frauheuberg die wunderbaren tutorials von sarah von the small object...
bis weihnachten ist es ja nicht mehr solange hin ... um so besser wenn man schon jetzt ein paar neue ideen für die eigenen vier wände ausprobieren kann...und da sind wir bei sarah auf diese zwei tollen DIYprojekte gestoßen...gestapelte weihnachtsbäume aus stoffresten und ein adventskalender aus papier, den man ganz nach belieben individuell gestalten kann...;)...
für die tutorials schaut ihr einfach mal hier vorbei...weihnachtsbäume und adventskalender...die bäume werden aus vier einzelnen stoffhalbkreisen hergestellt, die an den enden zu form eines kegels zusammengenäht werden...dann muss man die einzelen kegel nur noch aufeinandersetzen (an den spitzen am besten mit etwas klebstoff fixieren) und viola fertig...;)...einfach, aber sehr individuell...könnte man natürlich auch mit papier ausprobieren...

der adventskalender ist auch ganz einfach herzustellen...man muss nur die beiden vorlagen ausdrucken...wäre natürlich in einem größeren format (evt. a3-format) besser...;)...dann muss man auf der vorderseite die einzelnen türchen an drei seiten einschneiden, so dass sie nach oben zu öffnen sind...die rückseite mit eigenen bildern, photos, collagen, briefmarken oder sonstigem persönlich gestalten...dann die beiden seiten mit einem zickzackstich zusammennähen...fertig...
natürlich ist das die amerikanische variante mit 25 türchen...aber wer macht nicht gerne noch eine überraschung mehr auf...ist doch mal was anderes...;)...
...also in diesem sinne wünschen wir euch viel spass beim nachzaubern...und ein wunderbares entspanntes wochenende...und lieben dank an sarah für die inspiration...;)...bis bald...


... a beautiful friday afternoon ... today I'll make it probably the first time to post our weekly DiyfriDayproject also at the right time on our blog ...;)... as I said sometimes my day needed really 48 hours ...for you it is probably the same, right? ...
well, yesterday, while surfing in the bloggerWorld, I have noticed that we have not yet found enough interesting craftblogs in the network ... who are interesting to give us in this direction a few tips? ... what are your favorite craftsites? ... but certainly frauheuberg loves the wonderful tutorials by sarah from the small object ...

until Christmas it's not long out... all the better if you are already can try a few new ideas out for your own four walls ... and so we found on sarah´s blog these two Diyprojects ... stacked fabric christmas trees and a blank advent calendar which you can completely customize as desired ...;)...
looking for tutorials just enter over here ... stacked fabric christmas trees and blank advent calendar ... the trees are made from four separate semi-circles, which in the end will be sewn together to form a cone ... then you have stack one about the other ( fixed each cone on the top with a little bit hot clue) and viola finished ...;)... simple, but very individual ... mabye of course you could also try with paper ...
the blank advent calendar is quite simple ... you has only print the two templates... of course, in a larger format (possibly a3 format) it works better...;)... then you have to cut each square on three sides, so that they are open to the top ... the backside personalize with your own photos, collages, stamps or others ... then sew the two sides with a zigzag stitch together ... ready...Obviously, this is the American variant with 25 little doors ... But who does not like to make a surprise more on? ...so it is something different ...;)...
... in that sense, we wish you much fun to create it by yourself ... and a wonderful relaxing weekend ... love and thanks to sarah for the inspiration to ...;)...bye for now...

einen wunderschönen guten morgen...hoffe ihr seid alle schon frisch und munter!...wenn nicht dann gönnt euch noch ein paar minuten schönheitsschlaf...;)...das wirkt manchmal wunder...noch einmal umdrehen...wie schön...oder?...

immer wenn es richtung weihnachtszeit geht, muss ich an eines der traditionellen symbole schwedens denken...das dalapferd...ich weiss nicht warum...vielleicht weil sie der tradition nach damals aus holzspielzeug entstanden sind, das die bewohner der gegend darlana in kalten winterabenden anfertigten...auf jedenfall liebe ich diese aus holz gearbeiteten pferde und die wunderbare traditionelle kurbitsmalerei...einfach nur schön...leider besitze ich keine eigenen exemplare...;(...aber das könnte man ja dank dem worldwideweb ändern...wer auch nicht mehr wiederstehen kann, der schaut einfach mal hier vorbei...danke auch an alle wunderbaren user, deren bilder wir für unser ganz eigenes dalaLand verwendet haben...einen schönen donnerstag...bis später...;)...

Whenever it comes to christmas direction, I think either of one of the traditional symbols of Sweden ... the Dala horse ... I do not know why ... perhaps because they occurred after the time from traditional wooden toys which the inhabitants of the area Darlana draws up on cold winter evenings ... Anyway, I love those wooden carved horses and the wonderful traditional style of painting called kurbits... simply beautiful ... unfortunately I do not have my own copies ...;(... but you could change this with the help of the worldwideweb ... who also can not resist, check out at times over here ... thanks also to all the wonderful user whose images we used for our very own dalaLand... a great thursday ... see you later. ..;)...

ich bin so glücklich...gestern fatterte mir ein neues buch voller inspirationen ins haus...ich liebe es...in "patchwork style" von susuko koseki werden dem leser wunderbare ideen und anleitungen zum thema patchwork präsentiert...habe das buch einfach mal auf gut glück bestellt und bin ganz begeistert...unsere anderen frauheuberg frauen werden sich freuen...;)...

suzuko koseki zeigt ganz neue und innovative ideen zum thema patchwork...immer mit viel liebe zum detail auf den zauberhaften bildern arrangiert...man bekommt sofort lust selbst loszunähen...

geboren in tokio studierte suzuko koseki am bunka fashion college und nach ihrem abschluss an der Chuck’s Patchwork School unter Chuck Nohara...hier lernte sie das zusammenspiel von farben und begann mit dem quilten...ihre arbeiten wurden in vielen austellungen gezeigt...mitterweile arbeitet sie auch als lehrerin an der heart and hands patchwork school, dem asahi cultural center und dem vogue quilt institute in japan...falls ihr noch mehr erfahren wollt...schaut hier vorbei...leider ist ihre website durch das japanisch nicht komplett lesbar...aber die bilder sind auch interessant...außerdem hat sie auch einen eigenen blog...also falls euch auch das patchworkfieber ergriffen hat...dann nichts wie los...viel spass...;)...

I am so happy ... yesterday it fluttered me a new book full of inspirations to my home ... I love it ... in "patchwork style" by susuko Koseki she had presented wonderful ideas and instructions to the subject "patchwork" ... I ordered the book just once on good luck and I am thrilled ... our other frauheuberg women will enjoy it ...;)...
suzuko Koseki shows quite new and innovative ideas about patchwork ... always arranged with a lot of attention to detail on the magical pictures ... you immediately get even joy to sew by yourself...
... Who would not like to cuddle with a cozy quilt like this... especially with the temperatures, which herald so slowly the winter time ...

...frauheuberg´s winterglück...

guten morgen ihr lieben...vielleicht etwas früh für weihnachtliche inspirationen...aber hej, was soll das schon...kann man da nicht früh genug anfangen?...nun ja, gestern hat mich die liebe happy loves rosie auf ihren neuen gruppenpool "christmas decorations and inspirations" eingeladen und schwups war ich ein neues mitglied...lieben dank...und da dachte ich an all die wunderbaren dinge, von denen man sich jedes jahr aufs neue inspirieren lassen kann um sich sein ganz eigenes kleines weihnachten zu zaubern...es ist und bleibt doch die schönste und emotionalste zeit des jahres...wenn es draußen kalt wird und man das herrliche weiss glitzern sieht (falls man sich natürlich an den richtigen schneesicheren orten befindet...;)...ist bei uns auch immer ein glücksspiel)...mit einer tasse punsch und dem duft von zimt und kardamon sich in seinen gemütlichen sessel kuschelt...einfach herrlich...

letztes jahr war frauheuberg auch auf den hirsch gekommen...mal sehen wem sie dieses jahr hinterherschleicht...psssssst...wird noch nicht verraten...;)...
...das bild oben ist auf unserem letzten weihnachtlichen event entstanden...in unserer nähe findet jedes jahr ein kleiner antiker weihnachtsmarkt statt...auf einem hof aus dem 17. jahrhundert mit einem ganz besonderem flair...wer lust hast, schaut doch mal hier vorbei...lieber nicht verpassen...;)...

Good morning my dear ... perhaps a little early for Christmas inspirations ... but hey, what it's already there ... you can not start early enough? ... well, yesterday I have invited by the love happy loves rosie on their new group pool "christmas decorations and inspirations" on flickr... and schwups I was a new member ... thank you dear ... and then I thought about all the wonderful things of which each year you can be inspired again to create your very own little magical Christmas ... but it's still the best and most emotional time of the year ... when it is cold outside and you see the beautiful white shine (if you are natural on the right snow locations ...;) ... is with us always a gambling) ... snuggle with a cup of punch, and the scent of cinnamon and cardamom in your cozy chair ... just wonderful ...
Last year frauheuberg was also come to the deer ... let's see who she sneaks after this year... psssssst ... ... we will not tell you yet ...;)...

hallo wieder da...;)...die letzten tage bin ich beim surfen auf die freischaffende russische künstlerin irina troitskaya gestoßen und war sofort von ihren arbeiten beeindruckt...in ishevsk, einer industriestadt im tiefsten russland, aufgewachsen studierte sie kunst an der dortigen universität. doch das studium entsprach nicht ganz ihren vorstellungen. so kehrte sie nach ihrem abschluss dem zeichnen ersteinmal den rücken zu...kann ich gut verstehen...manchmal muss man etwas ganz anders machen um zu wissen, was man wirklich will...ich denke, jeder von uns kennt dieses gefühl...um so schöner, wenn umwege einen wieder auf einen weg bringen, der einen glücklich macht...;)...so auch bei irina, die nach einem exkurs als tv journalist zurück zu ihrer leidenschaft gefunden hat...gottseidank...denn ihre arbeiten sind so voller poesie...zeigen das leben in all seinen facetten...erinnern uns an diese emotionalen momente, die so schnell an uns vorbeiziehen und die das leben ausmachen...wenn man ihre bilder anschaut, dann kommt man zu ruhe...zu sich selber...und das hat mich berührt...

auf jedenfall sollte man mal auf ihrer website vorbeischauen...dort schreibt sie auch einen eigenen blog über ihr "illustratives" leben...;)...
es ist doch immer wieder interessant, dass man zum leben mancher menschen, die man eigentlich nicht kennt, parallelen ziehen kann...merkt, dass an anderen orten auf dieser welt leute das gleiche empfinden wie man selber...ja, irina, du hast recht...man sollte immer nach seinem herzen gehen und das sein, was man sein will...dann fühlt es sich richtig an, oder?...;)...lieben dank...;)...


hello again ...;)... when surfing the last few days I have encountered on the freelance Russian artist Irina Troitskaya, and was immediately impressed by their work ... grew up in ishevsk, an industrial town in deepest russia, she studied art at the local university. but the studies did not quite match her expectations. after her graduating from the university she put the drawing to return ... I can understand that ... sometimes you have to do something entirely different to know what you really want ... I think everyone of us knows that ... so much nicer when detours bring you again onto a path that makes you happy ...;)... so even with irina, which after a digression as a tv journalist found back to her passion ... thank God ... because their work is so full of poetry ... show life in all its facets ... remind ourselves of these emotional moments that pass by so quickly and which constitute the living. ... if you look at their pictures then you come to rest ... to yourself ... and that has touched me ...

so you should drop by on her website ... there she also writes her own blog about their "illustrative" life ...;)...

it's always interesting that you can draw parallels to the life of many people that you do not really know... note that at other locations on this world people feel the same like yourself ... yes, irina, you are right ... we should always be going to our heart and be what we want to be ... then it feels right, or ?...;)... love thanks ...;)...

...halloween crafty...

einen schönen montagmittag ... ich hoffe ihr hattet alle ein spannendes, buntes und inspirierendes halloween wochenende...unseres war sehr kreativ...wie ihr oben sehen könnt...mal wieder ein paar neue frauheuberg schätze gezaubert...ich finde ja nicht nur für halloween...;)...oder was meint ihr?...frauheuberg liebt ja papier und hier kann sie ihre leidenschaft vollkommen ausleben...;)...und was habt ihr so gezaubert...oder habt ihr einfach mal die seele baumeln lassen?...wie auch immer ich hoffe ihr habt es in vollen zügen genoßen...da wünschte man manchmal das wochenende würde niemals enden, oder?...aber das wäre bestimmt auch auf dauer langweilig...im diesem sinne wünsche ich euch einen guten start in die woche...bleibt bei dem wetter draußen (bei uns regnets) trozdem gut gelaunt...;)...alles liebe und bis später...
