Monday and four Matchboxes - Day 3 to 6 # Matchboxaday

Montag...hallo, da bin ich zurück...war´s schön? Habt ihr das Eis unter den Füßen, den blauen Himmel und das Schneeglitzern genossen oder gewünscht euch in die Südsee zu beamen? Ich finde es herrlich...die kalte Luft da draußen, die Sonne. Das Glücksgefühl die frierenden Hände am warmen Ofen aufzuwärmen...einfach schön...Am Wochenende war ich aber auch ein wenig fleißig und habe an meinen Streichholzschachteln weiter gezaubert...Day 3 bis 6 sind fertig...the birthday one, the lace one, the french one und the thank you one...macht Spaß mit so einer kleinen Bastelei in den Morgen zu starten und einfach mit dem Material, das da ist, zu improvisieren. Die Ideen entwickeln sich bei der Arbeit...spannend und ein Anreiz für neue kreative Projekte. Monday ... Hi, I'm back ... was it beautiful? Do you have enjoyed the ice under your feet, the blue sky and the snow glittering or do you have wanted to be beamed into the South Seas? I think it's just wonderful ... the cold air out there, the sun. The warm feeling of happiness by warming your freezing hands at the oven ... just cozy ... This weekend I was a little busy and I have continued to conjure up more matchboxes ... Day 3 to 6 are completed ... the birthday one, the lace one, the french one and the thank you one ... it is so much fun to start in the morning with a little thinkering and improvise with the material that is there at your home. The ideas develop at work ... and an exciting incentive for new creative projects. Well, which one could be your favorite? ... (Thurs) Day 2 The Bird One # MATCHBOXADAY

Draußen scheint die Sonne und es hat -12°C. Die Kälte hat Deutschland fest im Griff. Hier drinnen habe ich heute ein wenig Frühlingsluft erschnuppert, wenn auch nur indirekt. Bei Lobster & Swan´s "February Matchbox A Day Challenge" ist heute Tag 2...diesmal mit dem Thema "the bird one"...ich habe mich einfach mal von meinen Papierschätzen treiben lassen...weiß, silbern, grün...bei der Hand...ein Flügelschlag...ein Lieblingssong und ganz viel Leichtigkeit...fiel mir ein...und fand seinen Weg in und auf die Streichholzschachtel Nr. 2...wirklich ein schönes Projekt, das Jeska  mit dieser Flickr-Gruppe ins Leben gerufen hat...vielen Dank...es inspiriert und weckt neue Ideen...genau das Richtige um endgültig aus dem Winterschlaf aufzuwachen...oder was meint ihr?...

Outside, the sun is shining and there are -12 ° C. The cold has a firm grip on Germany. In here today I sniffed a little spring air, even if only indirectly. I´m quick get away to February Matchbox A Day Challenge by Lobster&Swan

Seit meiner Kindheit liebe ich Streichholzschachteln...wunderbar zum Geheimnisse verstecken und  kleine Botschaften überbringen...das Öffnen immer spannend...und der Inhalt überraschend...und so habe ich mich gestern dann doch noch spontan entschlossen bei dem kreativen "February Matchbox A Day Challenge" der wunderbaren Jeska von Lobster & Swan mitzumachen...danke für die Einladung...jeden Tag im Februar soll man eine Streichholzschachtel in ein kleines Kunstwerk verwandeln...inspiriert durch ein jeweiliges Tagesthema...das erinnert mich so an das wunderbare Schachtelprojekt von Mano´s Welt...kunstvolle Schächtelchen für jeden Tag...unbedingt vorbeischauen...nun ja, also sind wir heute auf den kreativen Zug aufgesprungen mit der ersten Streichholzschachtel und dem Thema "the airmail one"...kleine Zauberworte zur Reise verpackt. Na, auch Lust bekommen? Dann macht doch einfach mit bei der "February Matchbox A Day Challenge" von Lobster & Swan oder schaut euch all die wunderbaren Schachteln in der Flickr Group  an, die Jeska extra für dieses tolle Kreativprojekt ins Leben gerufen hat. Frauheuberg wird die eine oder andere Wunderbox ganz bestimmt zaubern, und ihr? Seid ihr dabei? Wir sind gespannt...bis später...

Since my childhood I love matchboxes ... wonderful to hide secrets inside and to deliver little messages ... always exciting to open ...and the content a big surprise ... and so I decided yesterday then spontaneously to join in to the creative "February Matchbox A Day Challenge" by the wonderful Jeska of Lobster & Swan ... thank you for inviting me ... every day in February you should turn a matchbox in a tiny artwork ... inspired by a respective theme of the day. It reminds me so of the wonderful box project by Mano's Welt ... artful little boxes for each day ... don´t miss hers ... well, so we are now jumping on the creative train with the first matchbox and the theme "the airmail one" ... little magic words packed for travel. Well, are you interested? Then be a part of the "February Matchbox A Day Challenge" by Lobster & Swan, or even look around to all those wonderful boxes in the Flickr Group, which Jeska has extra created for her creative project. Of fairies, magic cards, and a bit of nostalgia

Der Alltag hat uns so schnell wieder unter Kontrolle...ach ja...mit einem Fuß steht man noch am Strand und mit dem anderen in der Warteschlange zum Autowaschen...Geburtstage stehen vor der Tür und frauheuberg war die letzten Tage ein wenig kreativ...inspiriert von diesen Zauberkarten...habe ich selber ein bisschen Fee gespielt...und ehrlich, wer kann jetzt noch nein sagen...zu unserer kunterbunten Party?...ich bin dann mal weg im virtuellen Inspirationsdschungel mit Musik im Ohr...;)...und suche nach dem perfekten ZauberKuchenrezept...vielleicht wäre ja diese Variante die richtige Idee...bis später...

Everyday life has given us so quickly under control ... oh yes ... you stand with one foot still on the beach and with the other in the queue for a car wash ... birthdays are coming up and frauheuberg was the last days a little creative... inspired by this magic cards ... I have played the little fairy ... and honestly, who can now say no ... for our colorful party? ... I'm off then in the virtual jungle of inspirations with music in my ear ...;)... and looking for the perfect magic cake recipe ... maybe this version would be the right idea ... until later ...

I´m quick get away...to the forgotten sketchbook by frauheuberg

Hallo ihr Lieben!...Mitte der Woche...schon wieder...wie die Zeit manchmal vergeht...unglaublich...und gestern bekam ich eine Mail von Art-House Co-op, einer künstlerischen Plattform, die immer wieder neue interessante Projekte und Events für Kreative anbietet. Letztes Jahr um die Zeit hatten wir uns für ihr Sketchbookprojekt 2011 angemeldet. Und siehe da jetzt sind wir auch auf ihrer Website digital zu sehen...;)...mit unserem Beitrag zum Thema "It must be..."...die Einfachheit des Lebens entdecken und an sich und seine Fähigkeiten glauben war unser Thema...wir hatten Spaß...;)...irgendwie hatte ich das Ganze aber im Tumult des Alltags vergessen...um so schöner, jetzt einfach mal virtuell durch die Seiten zu blättern. Habt ihr auch Lust, dann geht es hier zum entdecken...und wenn der eine oder andere auch mal bei so einem Projekt mitmachen möchte...zum nächsten Sketchbookprojekt 2012 kann man sich noch bis zum 31.Oktober 2011 anmelden...Ach ja, und falls ihr mal in New York sein solltet, dann könnt ihr frauheuberg´s Sketchbook jetzt auch in live erleben in der Brooklyn Art Library, 103A N. 3rd St Brooklyn ...So Let´s be creative...;)...

Middle of the week ... again ... how time flies sometimes ... unbelievable ... and yesterday I got an email from Art House Co-op, an artistic platform, which offers always new and interesting projects and events for creatives. Last year around this time we had signed up for her sketchbook project 2011. And lo and behold we are now seeing digital on their website ...;)... with our contribution to the theme "It must be..."  ... discover the simplicity of life and believe in yourself and your abilities was our message ... we had just so fun ...;)... somehow I had forgotten the whole thing with the tumult of everyday life ...but the more beautiful is it now to simply browse through these virtual pages. frauheuberg, a cute DIYproject and a song...

Sie ist wieder da...die Sonne...und hat mir kreative, bunte Gedanken geschickt...sommerfrische Papiergeschichten bald auch in frauheuberg´s shop und eine wunderbare, schnelle Dekoidee machen mich heute glücklich...eine der wohl schönsten Girlanden der Welt von mädchen blogt alais Nicole Kellmann...einer Designerin aus Köln, deren zauberhaft poetischer Photokunst ich schon sehr lange verfallen bin..."acht Ansichten"...immer wieder neu interpretiert...ich liebe ihre "Wolken, Himmel und Sommersprossen" und diesen Song...und ihr? Hat die Sonne euch auch wiedergefunden? Oder seid ihr ihr einfach hinterhergefahren?...und wenn es regnet hilft vielleicht ein "Zauberspruch"...also immer wieder lächeln...;)...bis später...

"acht Ansichten" ... again and again interpreted ... I love her "Wolken, Himmel und Sommersprossen" (clouds, sky and freckles) and this song ... and you? Has the sun will also be found you? Busy Tuesday...or Pictures speak louder than words

Hallo ihr Lieben!...Bilder sagen mehr als Worte...Das ist auch heute meine Devise, denn frauheuberg muss endlich mal ein paar "offline"-Dinge erledigen, die meine To-Do-Liste langsam aber sicher zum explodieren bringen und unser Onlineshop wartet ja auch schon sehnsüchtig auf Nachschub...nun ja, kommt Zeit, kommt Rat...vielleicht sollte ich mir einfach mal so ein tolles "Heute mache ich ganz viele tolle Dinge" - Notizbuch anschaffen. Der tolle Stempel von "thesmallobject" macht es möglich...;)...wie clever...das würde mich sicherlich ungemein motivieren. Denn wo fängt man nur als erstes an? Vielleicht einfach mit ein paar neuen Karten für unseren Onlineshop, ein paar klugen Gedanken und einem guten Song für den Feierabend...und wie klingt euer "Busy Tuesday" heute Abend aus?...

Hello my friends! ... pictures speak louder than words ... and today this is my motto again ... because frauheuberg must finally do some "offline"- things that explode my To-Do-list slowly but surely and our online shop is waiting eagerly for new products  ... well, keep calm ... maybe I should just create such a great "Today i am going to do many fun things" - notebook. The great stamp by "thesmallobject" makes it possible ...;)... how clever ... that would certainly motivate me tremendously. Because where do I start first? Maybe just with a few new cards for our online shop, a couple of smart thoughts and a good song for the end of this day ... and how is your "Busy Tuesday" end tonight? ...

Na, habt ihr ein schönes Wochenende mit euren Lieben gehabt? Hat der Frühling vielleicht auch schon an euer Fenster geklopft, wie bei uns gestern hier im Süden?...gestern, heute Sonne pur mit guten Nachrichten zur Mittagspause, was will man mehr...vielleicht noch eine tolle Idee zum bevorstehenden "Tag der Liebe" gefällig?...bei mir ist der eigentlich fast jeden Tag...es gibt ja auch nichts Schöneres als zu lieben und geliebt zu werden, oder? Winter Wonderland with handmade goodies from dadaya...

Draußen ist es jetzt wirklich November und heute fielen hier doch tatsächlich auch schon die ersten Schneeflocken...zu Freude unserer Kinder...blieben aber leider noch nicht liegen...und bei so einem ungemütlichen Wetter draußen kann man doch nicht genug warme Sachen haben, oder? Ich muss ja sagen, ich bin der absolute Schalfetischist...wirklich...ohne Schal bin ich fast nie unterwegs...eines meiner Markenzeichen...und im Moment würde ich mich am liebsten in die ganz zauberhaften Pomponschals von dadaya hüllen, mir den Wind um die Ohren wehen lassen und Sterne in kristallklarer Winternacht am Himmel zählen...diesen unglaublich individuellen Kostbarkeiten kann man kaum wieder stehen, oder? Wieder ein Wunsch mehr auf meiner "ich hätte doch so gerne irgendwann vielleicht..." - Liste, ein Ende ist da bei mir nicht abzusehen...hoffnungsloser Fall...;)...ist aber bei den handgearbeiteten Unikaten von dadaya auch nicht wirklich einfach. 
In ihrem Etsyshop dadaya verkauft die japanische Textildesignerin Shan Shan neben bunten Pomponschals auch noch andere außergewöhnliche Accessoires wie zum Beispiel ihre Handbestickten Wollhüte...und in den roten Wollhandschuhen im Folklorelook würden sich meine kalten Finger bestimmt auch sehr wohlfühlen...einfach himmlisch...und wenn ihr gerade schon mal bei dadaya vorbeischaut, dann hüpft auch gleich noch auf shan shan´s Vintageoutlets thevintagewardrobe und tinywardrobe vorbei...für 70´s Jahre Liebhaber genau das Richtige...;)...wow, so kreativ und vielseitig...ich bin so beeindruckt, und ihr?...viel Spaß beim staunen und verlieben...und bis später...

Outside it's now really November and the first snowflakes fell here today already...to the delight for our children...but unfortunately did not lie ... and at such an uncomfortable weather outside you can not have enough warm clothes, right? I have to say that I am the absolute scarf fetishist ... really ... I'm almost never without a scarf on the way ... one of my passion ...and right now I would like to wrap myself in the very charming Pomponscarfs of dadaya, let me blow the wind in my hair and count the stars in  a crystal clear winter night ... You could not hardly resist these incredibly unique treasures, right? Another request more on my "I'd really like someday maybe ..." - List, and  an end is not to see ... hopeless with me ...;)... but it is not really easy with these handmade unique pieces of dadaya. In her Etsyshop dadaya the Japanese textile designer Shan Shan sell next to colorful Pomponscarfs also other unusual accessories such as her hand embroidered wool hats ... and in the red woolen gloves with the folklore look  my cold fingers would feel too much better ... just heavenly ...and if you ever just drop by at dadaya, then jumps also still to shan shan's Vintage Outlets thevintagewardrobe and tinywardrobe ... for 70´s  lover's exactly the right thing ...;)... wow, so creative and versatile  ...I´m so impressed, and you?... have fun to discover and fall in love ... until later ...

just enjoy the last summer days...

Hallo ihr Lieben! Wir sind im Moment ein wenig beschäftigt mit Kreativsein und dem Geniessen der letzten Sommertage. Also bleibt es hier die nächste Zeit noch ein wenig still, aber der Herbst bringt bestimmt ganz viele neue und spannende Dinge...bleibt bei uns und seid gespannt...bis dahin alles Liebe und eine tolle letzte Augustwoche...bis bald...

Artemisia - a place to find "the life"...

Manchmal gibt es Momente, da hat man das Gefühl man ist dem Paradies sehr nah...an Orten, an denen man eine Leichtigkeit verspürt, die unsere Seele beflügelt und uns den Alltag vergessen lässt...die uns zeigen, wo wir herkommen und wo wir hingehen könnten...die uns zum Ursprünglichen, nämlich zur Natur selber zurückfinden lassen und uns die Erinnerungen aus in Vergessenheit geratenen Kindheitstagen zurückbringen, in denen wir stundenlang durch die Natur gestrichen sind immer auf der Suche nach einem neuen Abendteuer. Diese Erinnerungen sind mir immer ganz nah und die Bindung zu Natur war immer schon wichtig für mich...wir sind ein Teil von ihr und sie ein Teil von uns, oder? Und so ist es immer wieder schön, wenn man solche Orte findet, an denen man das Gefühl verspürt, die Zeit steht still und man kann das Leben spüren...ganz nah...und ein wunderbares warmes Gefühl macht sich in uns breit, lässt unser Herz strahlen und uns ankommen...bei uns selbst...

So ein kostbarer und einzigartiger Moment war mir letzte Woche an diesem magischen Ort vergönnt...ein wunderbarer "Garten Edens" im Allgäuer Voralpenland...ein Allgäuer Kräutergarten in seinem vollkommenen Ursprung...Artemisia ist ein "Ort der Begegnung zwischen uns Menschen und den alten Heilpflanzen unserer Heimat."(Zitat)...ein Ort in der und für die Natur...ein Lebensraum für Erde, Tier und Mensch im gegenseitigen Miteinander...überall und immer spürbar...

Neben einer Gärtnerei gibt es bei Artemisia auch einen Kräuterladen mit eigenen hergestellten Produkten und ein kleines gemütliches Cafe...der Getreidemilchkaffee ist ein Genuss...also falls es euch mal in die Alpenregion verschlagen sollte, dann dürft ihr euch dieses Gefühl unsagbarer "Zufriedenheit und Freiheit" nicht entgehen lassen...;)...wir wünschen euch wunderbare Momente im Kreise eurer Lieben, viel Sonne fürs Gemüt und ein Lächeln auf den Lippen...lasst es euch gut gehen und bis bald...

Sometimes there are moments when you feel very close to paradise ... in places where you feel an ease that inspires your soul and make you forget the everyday life ... that show us where we come from and where we could go...that allow us to find back to nature and  bring us the memories of forgotten childhood days when we are deleted for hours by nature always in search of a new adventure. These memories are always close to me and the binding to nature has always been important to me ...we are a part of it and it is a part of us, right? And so it is always nice when you find those places where you  have the feeling that time stands still and you can feel "the life"...very close...and a wonderful warm feeling spreads inside us, makes our hearts shine and we arrive...arrive at our own ... 

such a precious and unique moment like this was last week allowed to me at this magical place ... a wonderful "Garden of Eden" in the bavarian foothills ... a perfect herb garden in his origin ... Artemisia is a "place between us and the medicinal plants of our country." (Quote) ... a place in and for the nature ... a living space for the earth, the animals and the humans in a mutual interaction ... everywhere and always felt ...

In addition to a nursery, there is also an herb shop  at Artemisia with its own manufactured products and a small cozy cafe ... the cereal milk coffee is a delight ... so if you should sometimes ended up in the Alpine region, then you do not miss this feeling of indescribable "satisfaction and freedom" ...;)... we wish you wonderful moments in the company of your loved ones, lots of sunshine for the soul and a smile on the lips ... just let you go well and see you soon ...
