Artemisia - a place to find "the life"...

Manchmal gibt es Momente, da hat man das Gefühl man ist dem Paradies sehr nah...an Orten, an denen man eine Leichtigkeit verspürt, die unsere Seele beflügelt und uns den Alltag vergessen lässt...die uns zeigen, wo wir herkommen und wo wir hingehen könnten...die uns zum Ursprünglichen, nämlich zur Natur selber zurückfinden lassen und uns die Erinnerungen aus in Vergessenheit geratenen Kindheitstagen zurückbringen, in denen wir stundenlang durch die Natur gestrichen sind immer auf der Suche nach einem neuen Abendteuer. Diese Erinnerungen sind mir immer ganz nah und die Bindung zu Natur war immer schon wichtig für mich...wir sind ein Teil von ihr und sie ein Teil von uns, oder? Und so ist es immer wieder schön, wenn man solche Orte findet, an denen man das Gefühl verspürt, die Zeit steht still und man kann das Leben spüren...ganz nah...und ein wunderbares warmes Gefühl macht sich in uns breit, lässt unser Herz strahlen und uns ankommen...bei uns selbst...

So ein kostbarer und einzigartiger Moment war mir letzte Woche an diesem magischen Ort vergönnt...ein wunderbarer "Garten Edens" im Allgäuer Voralpenland...ein Allgäuer Kräutergarten in seinem vollkommenen Ursprung...Artemisia ist ein "Ort der Begegnung zwischen uns Menschen und den alten Heilpflanzen unserer Heimat."(Zitat)...ein Ort in der und für die Natur...ein Lebensraum für Erde, Tier und Mensch im gegenseitigen Miteinander...überall und immer spürbar...

Neben einer Gärtnerei gibt es bei Artemisia auch einen Kräuterladen mit eigenen hergestellten Produkten und ein kleines gemütliches Cafe...der Getreidemilchkaffee ist ein Genuss...also falls es euch mal in die Alpenregion verschlagen sollte, dann dürft ihr euch dieses Gefühl unsagbarer "Zufriedenheit und Freiheit" nicht entgehen lassen...;)...wir wünschen euch wunderbare Momente im Kreise eurer Lieben, viel Sonne fürs Gemüt und ein Lächeln auf den Lippen...lasst es euch gut gehen und bis bald...

Sometimes there are moments when you feel very close to paradise ... in places where you feel an ease that inspires your soul and make you forget the everyday life ... that show us where we come from and where we could go...that allow us to find back to nature and  bring us the memories of forgotten childhood days when we are deleted for hours by nature always in search of a new adventure. These memories are always close to me and the binding to nature has always been important to me ...we are a part of it and it is a part of us, right? And so it is always nice when you find those places where you  have the feeling that time stands still and you can feel "the life"...very close...and a wonderful warm feeling spreads inside us, makes our hearts shine and we arrive...arrive at our own ... 

such a precious and unique moment like this was last week allowed to me at this magical place ... a wonderful "Garden of Eden" in the bavarian foothills ... a perfect herb garden in his origin ... Artemisia is a "place between us and the medicinal plants of our country." (Quote) ... a place in and for the nature ... a living space for the earth, the animals and the humans in a mutual interaction ... everywhere and always felt ...

In addition to a nursery, there is also an herb shop  at Artemisia with its own manufactured products and a small cozy cafe ... the cereal milk coffee is a delight ... so if you should sometimes ended up in the Alpine region, then you do not miss this feeling of indescribable "satisfaction and freedom" ...;)... we wish you wonderful moments in the company of your loved ones, lots of sunshine for the soul and a smile on the lips ... just let you go well and see you soon ...

It is so worth...

Wir alle sehnen uns von Zeit zu Zeit nach etwas Ruhe im oftmals allzu hektischen Leben, oder? Nach Dingen und Momenten, die uns vielleicht in eine andere Welt entführen, die uns zeigen, auf was es wirklich im Leben ankommt...darauf zu leben und nicht immer soviel Fragen zu stellen...Momente zu genießen und in dieses Abenteuer "Leben" einzutauchen...Wie oft stellen wir uns Fragen wie "Sind wir wirklich glücklich mit dem, was wir haben?...Könnten wir nicht noch mehr im Leben erreichen?...Ist unser bisheriger Weg der für uns Richtige gewesen?...und so weiter...aber eigentlich ist es doch ganz einfach...wenn wir nur ab und zu auf unser Herz gehört haben,  als wir Entscheidungen treffen mussten,  dann haben wir mehr als das Richtige getan...wir waren uns treu und haben uns getraut...zu sein, was wir sind...wir selbst...und das ist ein schönes Gefühl, oder?

So viele philosophische Gedanken am Anfang einer neuen Woche?...Ihr denkt bestimmt, was ist den jetzt los, oder? Aber manchmal passieren viele schreckliche und ungerechte Dinge auf dieser Welt und man hat das Gefühl einem selber geht es doch so gut...und in Wirklichkeit stimmt das auch...also los rein und durch diese Widrigkeiten des Lebens, die sich manchmal zwischen uns und unsere Vorstellungen legen...aber nicht um uns fallen, sondern um uns wachsen zu lassen...und uns zu zeigen, dass es immer wert ist, "das Leben", jeder einzelne Moment für sich...hier und jetzt...

We all crave from time to time for some peace in our often hectic lives, right? For things and moments that transport us perhaps in another world, and show us what is really important in life...to live and not always  to ask so much questions ... to enjoy moments and immerse yourself in this adventure "life" ...How often we ask questions like "Are we really happy with what we have? ... If we could not achieve more in life? ... Is our present way  the right for us? ... And so on ... but really it's quite simple ...if we have only listened now and then to our hearts when we had to make decisions, then we have done more than the right thing ... we were loyal to us and have trusted us ... to be what we are ... ourselves .. and that's a wonderful feeling, right?

So many philosophical thoughts at the beginning of a new week? ... You think certainly  what is the matter now, right? But sometimes many terrible and unfair things happen in this world and you feel that you can be so lucky for your life...and in reality this is the truth ... so let's go in and through the adversities of life, which sometimes lay between us and our ideas ... not to let us fall, but to grow us and show us that it is always worth ,"our life", every single moment of it  ... here and now ...

A monday meeting with some magazines...

Na, ihr Lieben, hattet ihr ein tolles Augustwochenende? Ich hoffe mit besserem Wetter als wir. Gerade hat es sich hier auch wieder ein wenig beruhigt. Nun ja, mal sehen, was die Woche noch so bringt. Wir gönnen uns gerade eine kleine Halbpause vom täglichen Bloggen und ich meine eine kluge Entscheidung, denn wer weiß wie lange uns die lauen Sommernächte noch erhalten bleiben. Den größten Teil meines Montagvormittages verbrachte ich gestern aber leider nicht draußen, sondern sitzend in einer Arztpraxis zum 2 1/2 stündigen Allergietest, aber Gott sei dank mit genügend Zeitschriften um meiner Lieblingsbeschäftigung nachzugehen...versteht sich als alter MagazineJunkie doch ganz von alleine, oder?...und was habe ich beim durchBlättern da so gefunden?...lauter aufregende und inspirierende Kleinigkeiten die kleine und große BloggerHerzen strahlen lassen...schaut mal hier...

Well, dear ones, you had a great weekend in August? I hope with better weather than we do. Especially, it has also calmed down a bit here. Well, let's see what the week brings the next days. We allow ourselves just a little half break from daily blogging and I think a wise decision, because who knows how long we retain still the warm summer nights. But yesterday i spent the most of my Monday forenoon unfortunately not outside, but sitting in a doctor's office to a 2 1 / 2 hour allergy test, so thanks to God with enough magazines to pursue for my favorite pastime ...the best as an old MagazineJunkie like me, right? ... and what I have found ? The wonderful "The Sketchbook Project 2011"

Hallo ihr Lieben...wir hoffen, ihr hattet ein gemütliches letztes Juliwochenende. Die Zeit vergeht im Moment wirklich schnell. Jetzt ist schon wieder August und man spürt auch schon ein wenig den nahenden Herbst. Ich hoffe aber, das wir noch ein paar warme Sommertage genießen dürfen...draußen barfuss Laufen, am Himmel Sternschnuppen zählen (August ist ja der Monat der Sternschnuppen) und einfach genießen. Die Tage werden ja bald wieder kürzer und damit uns im Herbst nicht langweilig wird, bin ich doch gestern auf das wunderbare Projekt "The Sketchbook Project 2011" von Art House Co-op gestoßen und war so begeistert, dass frauheuberg gleich beschlossen hat ihren Anteil zu dieser großartigen Idee beizusteuern...wirklich sehr aufregend...man bekommt sein eigenes kleines Skizzenbuch zugeschickt und darf es mit seinen Bildern, Collagen und Gedanken füllen...alles unter einem ausgewählten Thema...sozusagen als eigenen Leitfaden...unser Motto lautet "It must be..."Im nächsten Jahr gehen dann all die tausend gesammelten Skizzenbücher auf eine große Tour durch Galerien und Museen in Amerika und werden später in einer permanenten Sammlung in the Brooklyn Art Liberary in New York ausgestellt werden...wow, ein wirklich tolles und spannendes Projekt...mal sehen, was sich frauheuberg Kreatives einfallen lässt...wir halten euch auf dem laufenden und falls ihr auch Lust bekommen habt, dann könnt ihr euch noch bis zum 31.Oktober 2010 beim "The Sketchbook Project 2011" anmelden...so let´s us share...einen schönen Dienstagnachmittag...bis später...

Hello my friends ... we hope you had a cozy last weekend in July. Time goes really fast at the moment. Now again is August and you also feel a bit the approaching autumn. But I hope we can still enjoy a few hot summer days ... running barefoot  outside, count shooting stars in the sky (yes, August is the month of the shooting stars) and simply enjoy. The days are getting shorter again so soon and so we do not get bored in the fall, i  came yesterday  across this wonderful project "The Sketchbook Project 2011" by Art House Co-op, and was so enthusiastic that frauheuberg decided to contribute her share to this great idea... really very exciting ... you get your own little sketch book and should fill it with  your paintings, collages and thoughts ... everything under a specific theme ...  ours is "It must be ..." Next year, then all the thousands gathered sketchbooks go on a big tour through galleries and museums in America and will later be exhibited in a permanent collection at the Brooklyn Art Liberary in New York ...wow, a really great and exciting project ... let us see with what creative things frauheuberg will come up ... we'll keep you going and if you want also be a part, then you can sign up until Oct 31, 2010, for "The Sketchbook Project  2011"... so let's us share ... a beautiful Tuesday afternoon ... see you later ...

frauheuberg meets India...

...ja, wir sind noch hier...wenn auch im Moment nicht wirklich regelmäßig. Ich hoffe, dass ihr uns verzeiht, aber auch bei frauheuberg hat sich die Urlaubsstimmung ein wenig breit gemacht und man sollte ja bekanntlich die Feste feiern wie sie kommen. Unsere absolute Lieblingsbeschäftigung im Juli/August...;)...Geburtstagfeiern im Akkord...auch heute wieder...Happy Birthday einer unserer kreativen frauheubergFrauen...und deswegen habe ich mich gleich zu einer Collage a la "frauheuberg meets India" inspirieren lassen, wenn ich schon nur in meinen Träumen in die Ferne schweifen darf...am Wochenende aber auch zu einem kleinen Kurztrip aufs Land. Und was habt ihr so fürs nächste Wochenende geplant, bestimmt ganz viele aufregende Dinge, oder? Wir wünschen euch auf jedenfall schon heute ganz viel Spaß und genießen mit euch das süße Nichtstun...ab und zu muss das einfach mal sein...alles Liebe und bis bald... 

...Yes, we are still here ... although at the moment not really regular. I hope you forgive us, but also frauheuberg has made the holiday mood a little wide and how  we say in german "you should celebrate the festivals as they come". Our absolute favorite activity in July/ August ...;)... birthday celebrations in the chord ... again today ... Happy Birthday to one of our creative frauheuberg women ...and therefore I have had inspire me to a collage a la "frauheuberg meets India", even if I may travel only in my dreams... but at the weekend also to a small short trip to the country. And what you have planned for next weekend, definitely a lot of exciting things, right? We wish you so much fun  and enjoy with you "the sweet doing" ... now and then we all need these easy times ... all the best and see you soon ...

Happy Birthday, frauheuberg...!!!

Wow, gestern vor einem Jahr saß ich da und hab mich durch die technischen Wirren der BloggerWorld gekämpft...ja genau, frauheuberg´s Blog wurde gestern ein Jahr alt. Unglaublich wie die Zeit vergeht und was man alles in einem Jahr erleben kann. Ich bin so froh, dass  wir ins kalte Wasser gesprungen sind, es einfach ausprobiert haben und soviel Spaß mit euch hier die letzten Tage, Wochen und Monate hatten...so viele wunderbare neue Menschen getroffen haben, die alle ihre Träume leben...lieben Dank euch allen...frauheuberg hat noch viel vor und ich hoffe wir können euch bald im Internet mit unseren Produkten erfreuen. Wow, yesterday, a year ago I was sitting there and I fought my way through the technical troubles of the BloggerWorld ... yes, exactly, frauheuberg's blog was become a year old yesterday. Unbelievable how time flies and what you can do in a year. I am so glad that we have jumped into the cold water, have just tried it and had so much fun with you here the last days, weeks and months ...meet so many wonderful new people who live all their dreams  ... Thanks to you all ...frauheuberg has yet big plans and I hope we can see you soon on the Internet enjoy our handmade products. Sunny tuesday and fresh melon...

Hallo Freunde...Sorry, das es im Moment hier ein wenig ruhiger zugeht, aber bei dem Wetter muss man einfach nach draußen und Sommergefühle genießen...oder? Ich hoffe, ihr hattet alle auch so ein sonniges Wochenende wie wir und wenn nicht, dann schicken wir euch ein paar "warme Gedanken" vorbei. Das Wetter ist im Moment einfach nur herrlich...Sommer pur...und ich bin völlig dem Genuss von Wassermelonen verfallen...eine der wirklich besten Erfrischungen bei so sommerlichen Temperaturen...hmmm...lecker...und wenn man sich dann noch so einen kühlen Drink zaubert wie in folgendem Rezept (Juliausgabe 2007 der Zeitschrift "Wohnen & Garten") dann ist die Welt auch morgen noch in Ordnung, oder?

Melonencocktail

für 6 Gläser

1 Wassermelone (ca.3 kg)

Saft von drei Orangen

3 EL Zucker

Saft einer 1/2 Limette

Eiswürfel

Wassermelone vierteln, entkernen, schälen

in Stücke teilen und pürieren.

Orangensaft, Zucker, Limettensaft hinzu-

fügen und verrühren.

6 Gläser mit Eiswürfeln füllen und mit

dem Melonensaft aufgießen.

Wenn wir schon im "Melonenfieber" sind, dann habe ich auch  noch ein paar "kühle" Shoppingtips für heiße Tage (siehe   oben von links nach rechts...childmood,prudence,theheydayshop,sannadesigns,mariiam,sypria) ...viel Spaß und einen kühlen Kopf...und gönnt euch diese Woche mal was Schönes...;)...bis später...

I hope you all had a sunny weekend so like us, and if not, then we will send you some "warm thoughts" over. The weather is just wonderful ... summer pure ... and I am completely addicted to enjoy water melons ... one of the very best summertime refreshment  ... hmmm ... yummy ... and if you then conjure you up a cool drink, as in this recipe (in the issue July 2007 of the magazine "Home & Garden") then the world is tomorrow still okay, right?

Melon Cocktail

 for 6 glasses

a water melon (about 3 kg)

Juice of three oranges3 tablespoons sugarJuice of  a half limeIce cubes

Cut the watermelon into quarters, remove seeds,

peel it, devide into pieces

and puree.Add the orange juice, sugar, lime juice, and stir.

Fill 6 glasses with ice cubes and add the melon juice.

If we are already in the "melon fever", then I still have a few "cool" Shoppingtips for hot days (above from left to right...childmood,prudence,theheydayshop,sannadesigns,mariiam,
sypria) ... a lot of fun and a cool head ... and treat yourself this week something special...until later...

Madame Mo´s World of Magic

Die Sonne scheint und das Herz lacht...oder? Bei so schönem Wetter kann es einem doch gar nicht schlecht gehen, auch wenn unsere Fußballjungs gestern Abend nicht ins Finale gezogen sind...so ist das Leben und es hat doch echt Spaß gemacht unseren Jungs bei den letzten Spielen zu zuschauen...wie dem auch sei, die Sommermonate sind in meiner Familie immer die Hochphase der Geburtstage...ja, ja, ihr Sommerkinder, ihr Glücklichen...und am liebsten schenkt man da doch was selbst Gemachtes. Aber heute habe ich dann mal wieder einen wunderbaren Onlineshop im Netz gefunden, der mich in meine Kindheit zurückversetzt hat. Früher habe ich mir immer einen von diesen japanischen Fischen aus Stoff gewünscht,  die man im Wind flattern lassen kann. Und siehe da Jahre später werde ich bei Madame Mo fündig...wie das Schicksal so spielt...;)...ein wirklich zauberhafter Laden mit Accessoires des französischen Label "Madame Mo" der Designerinnen Agnès Lafaye und Pascale Moteki...ein bisschen Paris, ein wenig Tokio und ganz viel Charme...unbedingt mal vorbeischauen und die animierten Comics bringen auch den traurigsten Fan zum Schmunzeln (siehe interludes-the date...mit unerwartetem Ende)... also Kopf hoch und die Seele von der Sonne streicheln lassen...;)...bis später...

With such fine weather, you can not feel bad, even if our football guys are not drawn into the final last evening ... so is life and it was real fun to watch them in the last few games ...Whatever the case, the summer months are always the high point in my family's birthdays ... yes, yes, you lucky "summer children", ... and i prefer to give something perhaps even handmade by myself. But today I then found again a wonderful online shop on the net, which took me back to my childhood. In the past I've always wanted one of these Japanese fish from fabric, which can be allowed to flap in the wind ...And some years later I would find them at Madame Mo ... as the fate plays......;)... a really charming shop with accessories from the French label "Madame Mo" by the designers Agnès Lafaye and Pascale Moteki ... a bit of Paris, a little Tokyo and a lot of charm ... stop by sometimes and the animated comics absolutely bring a smile to the saddest fan (see interludes-the date ... with an unexpected end) ... So head up and caress the soul from the sun ...;)... until later ...
