I´m quick get away...to the crochet dreams by myboshi

Na, was meint ihr, können Männer in typischen Handarbeitstechniken auch kreativ sein? Seid gestern kann ich das mal wieder mit einem lauten Ja bestätigen...oh ja, sie können und wie...so gesehen bei Thomas Jaenisch und Felix Rohland von myboshi, einem kleinen Unternehmen in Franken, das ganz individuelle Mützen für den Outdoorbereich anbietet...sozusagen myboshi (auf japanisch heißt "boshi" Mütze) für jeden Kopf und jede Gelegenheit. Aus einer glücklichen Fügung auf einer Reise nach Japan heraus brachten die beiden Studenten ihre Idee von der ultimativ individuellen Häkelmütze nach Deutschland. Eine spanische Skilehrerkollegin führte sie in die Geheimnisse des Häkeln ein und der Traum von myBoshi war geboren. Mittlerweile haben sie auch einen eigenen Onlineshop, auf dem man mit dem "myboshi"- Konfigurator seine ganz eigene und individuelle Kopfbedeckung zusammenstellen kann.

myboshi...das ist eine Philosophie...raus aus der Massenproduktion und dem Konformismus...rein zu mehr Individualität...mit myboshi zeigst du, wer du bist...;)...immer nach deinem Geschmack und so wunderbar originell...also unbedingt mal vorbeischauen und vielleicht findest auch du deine ganz eigene myboshi...viel Spaß und bis später...

Well, what do you mean, could men be creative in traditional hand techniques that are typical for women? Since yesterday I can confirm this with a loud Yes ... oh yes, they can and how ... so seen at myboshi by Thomas Jaenisch and Felix Rohland, a small company in Germany serving quite individual hats for outdoors ... so to speak myboshi (in Japanese means "boshi" hat) for every head and every occasion. From a happy coincidence during a trip to Japan the two students brought out their idea of the ultimate individual crochet hat to Germany. A Spanish ski instructor colleague introduced them to the secrets of crochet and the dream of myboshi was born. Meanwhile, they also have their own online shop, where you can create your own unique and individual myboshi with the "myboshi" - configurator...myboshi ... this is a philosophy ... out from the mass production and the "look the same" - feeling ... into individuality ... with myboshi you show who you are ...;)... always according to your taste and wonderfully original ... so stop by and perhaps even you will also find your very own myboshi ... have fun and see you later ...

Saturdays in the "Endstation"

Na, ihr Lieben, ich hoffe ihr hattet ein wunderbares, sonniges und warmes Aprilwochenende und habt euch die eine oder andere "Kostbarkeit" gegönnt. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen, spannenden und auch ein wenig erfolgreichen Samstag am Wochenende auf einem unserer Lieblingsmärkte. Eine liebe Freundin von uns öffnet immer einmal im Jahr die Pforten zu ihrem wunderbaren ganz privaten Kleinod und lädt unterschiedliche Künstler auf ihren ganz besonderen Floh, - und Künstlermarkt ein. Es ist immer wieder schön sich mit so vielen unterschiedlichen Menschen auszutauschen...über Gemeinsamkeiten zu reflektieren...sich inspirieren zu lassen...treiben zu lassen von wunderbaren Gesprächen...miteinander zu lachen...und einfach einen einzigartigen Tag unter Freunden zu verbringen...es war wieder ein unglaublich kreatives Wochenende...soviel neuen Input...soviel Inspiration...und so viele neue Ideen...ganz lieben Dank allen dafür...;)...

Well, dear ones, I hope you had a wonderful, sunny and warm weekend of April and you've indulged in one or the other "treasure". We had a really great, exciting and a little successful weekend on Saturday at one of our favorite markets. A dear friend of ours opens once a year always the doors to her very private beautiful home and invites various artists on their very special Flea - and an Artist market.It is always nice to interact with so many different people ... to reflect on similarities ...to be inspired ... to drift of wonderful conversations ... laughing together ... and just spend a unique day with friends. It was another incredibly creative weekend ... so much new input ... so much inspiration ... and so many new ideas ... Very many thanks to all ...;)...

fabrics from which our dreams are...

Heute habe ich mich bei einer kleinen kreativen Pause mal wieder in den weiten Stoffwelten von Volksfaden verloren und das eine oder andere neue entdeckt.Wer das wunderbare Eldorado für Stoffliebhaber hier in Deutschland noch nicht kennt, muss unbedingt mal vorbeischauen. Linda Gaylord verkauft in ihrem Onlineshop neben traumhaften Stoffen aus USA, Europa und Japan auch Schnittmuster, Knöpfe und Bänder für eigene bunte Kreationen... immer besonders und ein wenig anders...ganz nach unserem Geschmack...und da ich in nächster Zeit auch wieder ein wenig mehr nähen möchte, habe ich mir gleich mal meine Favoriten für diesen Sommer ausgeguckt...Und welche Stoffläden inspirieren euch zum Kreativsein? In welche Muster habt ihr euch dieses Jahr verliebt?...Viel Spaß beim Stöbern und vielleicht findet ihr euren Stoff für euer Traumprojekt bei Volksfaden...Ja, der Name ist Programm...;)...bis später...

Today at a little creative break i have again lost myself in the wide world of fabrics from Volksfaden and have discovered the one or the other new. Who does not yet know the wonderful paradise for lovers of fabrics here in Germany, must necessarily drop by once. Linda Gaylord sell in her onlineshop next to beautiful fabrics from the USA, Europe and Japan also patterns, buttons and ribbons for your own colorful creations ...always special and a little different ...according to our taste ...and so I want to sew in the near future again a little more, I've just be targeted out my favorites for this summer ...And what fabric shops inspire you for being creative? Which pattern did you love this year? ...Have fun browsing and maybe you find your fabric for your dream project at Volksfaden.. Yes, the name is program ...;)... until later ...

einer meiner guten vorsätze fürs neue jahr war auch mich mal mehr mit den guten ideen kreativer in unseren breitengraden zu beschäftigen ... sprich ... zurück zu den eigenen wurzeln...hausgemacht in deutschland...und da steht auf meiner liste schon längere zeit das delikatessenladenkonzept "mutterland" des hamburger jungunternehmer jan schawe...sozusagen eine art moderner "tante emma laden"...von handgerührten marmeladen über feinste schokolade, von bioweinen junger deutscher winzer bis hin zu eigenen hergestellten delikatessen der marke "mutterland" findet sich alles, was unsere erinnerungen aus der kindheit wieder erwachen lässt...und alle produkte made in germany...;)...dafür gab es auch den ersten platz im bereich Food beim "store of the year contest 2009"...für alle, die nicht das glück haben mal in hamburg vorbeizuschauen, gibt es viele leckereien auch hier...auf jedenfall ein interessantes ladenkonzept, das sich frauheuberg, falls sie mal in den hohen norden kommen mag, bestimmt nicht entgehen lässt...;)...in diesem sinne guten appetit...bis später...


one of my good intentions for the new year was also occupy myself more with the good ideas by creatives in our latitudes ... this means ... back to the roots ...homemade in germany...and there stands on my list for quite some time, the delicatessen store concept "mutterland" by the young entrepreneur jan schawe from hamburg...so a kind of modern "tante emma laden"...from handmade jams to finest chocolate, from organic wines by young german winzers to delicatessen products produced by the own brand "mutterland" we can find everything that can awaken memories from our childhood again ...and all products made in germany...so they obtained also the first place in the category food at the "store of the year contest 2009" ...;)...for those who do not have the happy times drop by in hamburg, there are many delicacies here ...certainly an interesting store concept, which frauheuberg, if she may come times in the high north, is not intended to be missed ...;)...in this sense bon appetit...until later...
